The Windmill Management
Company is responsible for The Windmill on Sir John Rogerson's Quay,
Dublin 2, Ireland.
TV Service
The Windmill TV service offers free access to Saorview and UK Freeview channels through a communal satellite dish and aerial. Please see the Windmill TV page to find out about installation pricing, what channels are available, how to get connected, and more.
Broadband
The Windmill Broadband Internet service is available to all residents for a nominal monthly charge.

Windmill Barbequeue
The 2011 Residents Barbeque was held on Saturday 27 August in the common area within the complex. Despite the early onset of rain, it cleared up by later afternoon and was well attended. We hope to have photos online soon, but in the meantime, you can review the 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 events.
Michael's Retirement
Michael, our first janitor, retired on 27 July 2007. At a presentation ceremony on Thursday 26 July, we made a presentation on behalf of the members to thank him for his years of service at The Windmill. Photos from the evening are available here.
Waste Disposal & Recycling
From 2005, Dublin City Council has introduced recycling across
the city, and changed the way they charge for waste disposal. For more

The
Board of Directors
Each year, the board of directors is elected from among the
property owners at The Windmill. Directors are volunteers interested
in helping to ensure the smooth running of The Windmill.

RF Property Management look after
the day-to-day issues of security, maintenance, etc. Our
RFPM property manager, Niall Manley, can be contacted at info@rfpm.ie

Paul McMahon is our current janitor, and looks after the grounds and common areas. You can find him on-site from 8am-4pm each day (except Thursday, 12pm-8pm).
If you have a problem which is specific to your apartment, such as a
leaking bath, toilet or sink, electrical fault, lost keys, etc, you
may wish to contact any of the following independent contractors who are
familiar with our developments. Please note that any works arranged by
you are solely a matter between you and the contractor.

After Hours Emergency Service
An emergency is defined as one or more of the following:
- A leak or water damage from one apartment to another, or from a common area.
- An alarm activation
- A break-in
- A fire or fire alarm activation
- Vehicular gate failure
- Damage to a common area security door
- Mains utility failure, i.e. water, electricity or gas.
The After Hours Emergency Contact Number is (01) 888 1510. Any call
to the Emergency Service which is not deemed an emergency will not be
dealt with until the next working day.
